Warranty Process and Requirements

We ensure a seamless warranty process for our customers. If your gear looks a little outdated, you should provide a certain confirmation of purchase, which may include documents such as receipts, VAT invoices, contracts, or order confirmations. Even a photocopy of these documents suffices for verification. It’s important to note that the warranty applies only to purchases made through Aim Controllers’ official website. If you do not have the confirmation, you may email us or contact our support via phone, yet it is possible that you do not get the refund. 

To initiate the claim, use the complaint form named Annex 1 on the brand’s website. You should submit your claim within a maximum of 30 days from the date of defect detection. Bear in mind that you are responsible for shipping – you should send us back the product along with a detailed description of the product malfunction or problem (the description may contain affiliate links, and all photos and videos are appreciated).

Shipping and Cost Responsibilities

We cover the shipping costs for items shipped within the first 90 days of delivery. However, you should pay a fee for items shipped after this initial period. In cases where assistance is needed for orders older than 90 days, expect to pay a return shipping fee of €18 on your part (€38 for countries outside the EU) – we do not receive a commission. 

 

Response and Resolution

We will review your complaint within 14 days of receiving the goods and a detailed description of the product malfunction. Should the complaint involve sending a new product to replace a malfunctioning one within 90 days of delivery, the additional cost of delivery shall be borne by the Aim (up to €10). You may request an exchange of goods for a new one or repair of goods on our account, with us not responding to such requests within 14 days of receipt.

 

Scope and Warranty Exclusions

The lifetime replacement warranty covers specific goods, including.:

• controller paint,
• controller buttons, 
• smart triggers, 
• smart bumpers, 
• AIM paddles, 
• AIM base mechanism, 
• Aim Sticks. 

However, the warranty does not cover, e.g mechanical damage resulting from incorrect use of the goods (such as hitting or throwing the controller) or excessive pressure. Furthermore, it does not extend to damage incurred through the commercial use of goods for business operations.
