Returns / Canceling
After placing an order on our website you have up to 24 hours to change your mind and cancel the order.
After 24 hours we start processing your order the refund for your product is not possible.
We can’t accept any returns because every product is unique and build to your specifications.
Returning Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Returnig an item needs to be done to our address.
If an item is return as faulty it will need to be inspected to determine the cause of the fault. After, the client will be informed of the outcome of the inspection and what can be done to solve the problems.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us , but if upon inspection we determine the fault is genuine and the product is still under warranty we will refund the postage cost. A proof of postage will be required in order to process the refund.
Each product is brand new and is covered by a 180-days warranty. If any problems occur, we will repair the product without any expense.
