1. Organizer
The Organizer of the Contest is Aimlimitless sp. z o. O. (limited liability company), a company registered in Poland, with its registered office in Zabiele 184, 18-500 Kolno, Poland, entered into the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000767994, Tax Identification Number (NIP): PL2910228327.
The Organizer is fully responsible for the preparation, administration, and execution of the Contest.

The Contest is organized and conducted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, unless mandatory provisions of local law applicable to participants in other jurisdictions provide otherwise.
Definition of the Contest
The Contest is a promotional activity organized by the Organizer for marketing and engagement purposes.
Participation in the Contest is voluntary.
The Contest is not a game of chance or gambling, provided that the winner is determined based on skill, creativity, knowledge, or other clearly defined non-random criteria.
The Contest is conducted online via the Organizer’s website and is open to eligible participants as specified in these Terms & Conditions.
The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third-party platforms unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years old at the time of entry
- Reside in the European Union or other jurisdictions where such competitions are permitted
Participants must use their real identity.
Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible unless they meet all the contest requirements.
3. Competition Period
Start Date: April 19 (00:00 CET)
End Date: May 3 (23:59 CET)
Winner Announcement: May 4
Entries outside this period will not be considered.

This is a skill-based competition. The highest score leads the way.
Important:
- Only participants with a valid purchase and access code may enter the competition.
- If a participant exercises their statutory right of withdrawal, cancels the order, or the purchase is otherwise refunded or invalidated, any associated participation in the Contest, including scores and eligibility, will be void.
- Participants who take part in the game experience are not eligible to cancel the associated order during the competition period.
- The purchase of the product is not considered a payment for participation in the Contest, but for the product itself, which has independent value.
- Participation in the Contest is a secondary feature associated with the purchased product and does not constitute a separate paid entry fee.
5. Competition Mechanics
The competition is entirely skill-based.
Players compete to achieve the highest score.
Participants may improve their score during the competition period.
Leaderboard
- A live leaderboard may display rankings in real time – updates every hour
- Leaderboard rankings are indicative only
- Final results are subject to verification and may differ from displayed rankings
6. Prizes
The total approximate value of all prizes is $4,900 USD.
Prizes include:
- Gold bar
- Custom gaming controllers
- Store vouchers or other items
Important:
- Prize values are approximate and may fluctuate (e.g., gold price changes)
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
- No cash alternative is provided
- Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability, logistics, or external factors
7. Winner Selection
Winners are determined based on the highest verified scores.
In case of identical scores, the earliest achieved score will determine ranking.
Verification Process:
All top scores may be reviewed manually or automatically.
Organizer reserves the right to:
- Audit gameplay data
- Request additional verification
8. Fair Play & Disqualification
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics
- Using multiple accounts to gain advantage
- Manipulating results in any way
Organizer reserves the right to:
- Monitor gameplay behavior
- Detect suspicious activity (e.g., abnormal scores, repeated attempts from same device/IP)
- Disqualify participants at its sole discretion
Disqualified participants forfeit all rights to prizes.
9. Identity Verification
Winners may be required to:
- Provide proof of identity
- Confirm personal details
- Verify eligibility
Failure to provide requested information within the specified time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.
10. Taxes and Responsibilities
The winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes, duties, or other statutory charges that may apply to the prize in accordance with the laws of their country of residence.
Tax Withholding:
If required by applicable law, the Organizer may withhold and remit applicable taxes on behalf of the winner.
The prize value is stated in USD and represents the gross value of the prize unless explicitly stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions.
Winners are responsible for compliance with their local tax laws.
The Organizer does not cover or reimburse any additional costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the winner.
Delivery times may vary depending on location.
Organizer is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Customs clearance issues
- Import restrictions
12. Claiming Prizes
Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification.
Failure to respond or provide required information results in forfeiture.
In such cases, Organizer may select an alternative winner.

14. GDPR / Personal Data Protection Clause
The Organizer acts as the data controller of participants’ personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
Personal data is collected and processed solely for the purposes of:
- administering the Contest,
- verifying eligibility,
- contacting participants,
- announcing and delivering prizes,
- handling potential complaints.
The legal basis for processing personal data is:
- Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent of the data subject), and/or
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract – participation in the Contest).
Personal data will be stored only for the period necessary to conduct and settle the Contest, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Participants have the right to:

- rectify inaccurate data,
- request deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”),
- restrict or object to processing,
- data portability (where applicable).

Organizer reserves the right to feature top players on social media, website, and marketing materials.
16. Technical Disclaimer
Organizer is not responsible for:
- Server downtime
- Software errors
- Gameplay interruptions
- Lost or unrecorded scores
17. Limitation of Liability
Organizer is not liable for:
- Any damages resulting from participation
- Use or misuse of prizes
- Technical failures
18. General Conditions
Organizer reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or cancel the competition
- Update these rules if necessary
19. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland.
20. Odds of Winning
The chances of winning depend solely on:
- the player’s skill
- the score achieved in the game
- the number of participants
The Competition is entirely skill-based and does not involve any element of chance or randomness.
Purchase of a product does not increase the chances of winning, except for enabling participation in the game and the ability to achieve a score.
The outcome of the Competition is determined exclusively by the objective results achieved by participants.
Organizer reserves the right to withhold or revoke prizes if the underlying purchase is refunded, returned, or otherwise invalidated.
