OFFICIAL RULES – ANNIVERSARY GAME (EU)
Organizer: Aimlimitless Sp. z o. o. [Polish limited liability company]
1. Organizer
The Organizer of the Contest is Aimlimitless sp. z o. o. (limited liability company), a company registered in Poland, with its registered office in Zabiele 184, 18-500 Kolno, Poland, entered into the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000767994, Tax Identification Number (NIP): PL2910228327.
The Organizer is fully responsible for the preparation, administration, and execution of the Contest.
All inquiries related to the Contest should be directed to the Organizer via the following contact email: [email protected].
The Contest is organized and conducted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, unless mandatory provisions of local law applicable to participants in other jurisdictions provide otherwise.
Definition of the Contest
The Contest is a promotional activity organized by the Organizer for marketing and engagement purposes.
Participation in the Contest is voluntary.
The Contest is not a game of chance or gambling, provided that the winner is determined based on skill, creativity, knowledge, or other clearly defined non-random criteria.
The Contest is conducted online via the Organizer’s website and is open to eligible participants as specified in these Terms & Conditions.
The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third-party platforms unless explicitly stated.
The proper conduct of the Contest is overseen by a contest committee consisting of three persons appointed by the organizer.
Access to the Contest is granted through the purchase of a controller, which includes a Game Access Code required to participate.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and have full legal capacity within the meaning of the provisions of Polish law
- Reside in the European Union or other jurisdictions where such competitions are permitted
- Will review the terms of participation in the Contest stated in the Terms and Conditions and accept them by checking the appropriate box
Participants must use their real identity.
Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible unless they meet all the contest requirements.
3. Competition Period
Start Date: April 19 (00:00 CET)
End Date: May 3 (23:59 CET)
Winner Announcement: May 4
Entries outside this period will not be considered.
4. How it works

This is a skill-based competition. The highest score leads the way.
Important:
- Only participants with a valid controller purchase and a corresponding access code may enter the competition.
- Participants who take part in the game experience are not eligible to cancel the associated order during the competition period. Any attempt to cancel may result in removal from the competition and invalidation of results.
- Each eligible controller purchase grants access to the game via a unique access code.
- Each purchase provides a separate access code and allows independent participation.
5. Competition Mechanics
The competition is entirely skill-based.
Players compete to achieve the highest score.
Participants may improve their score during the competition period.
Leaderboard
- A live leaderboard may display rankings in real time – updates every hour
- Leaderboard rankings are indicative only
- Final results are subject to verification and may differ from displayed rankings
6. Prizes
The total approximate value of all prizes is $5,000 USD.
The prizes in the Competition are as follows:
- 1st place: a gold bar valued ( $4,400- $4,700 1st place: a gold bar valued ($4,400–$4,700), depending on the gold market price on the day of valuation. (value as of the date the Terms and Conditions enter into force);
- 2nd place: a personalized limited controller with accessories valued at 259 EUR;
- 3rd place: a voucher worth 100 EUR.
Important:
- Prize values are approximate and may fluctuate (e.g., gold price changes)
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
- No cash alternative is provided
- Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability, logistics, or external factors
7. Winner Selection
Winners are determined based on the highest verified scores.
In case of identical scores, the earliest achieved score will determine ranking.
Verification Process:
All top scores may be reviewed manually or automatically.
Organizer reserves the right to:
- Audit gameplay data
- Request additional verification
8. Fair Play & Disqualification
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics
- Using multiple accounts to gain advantage
- Manipulating results in any way
Organizer reserves the right to:
- Monitor gameplay behavior
- Detect suspicious activity (e.g., abnormal scores, repeated attempts from same device/IP)
- Disqualify participants at its sole discretion
Disqualified participants forfeit all rights to prizes.
9. Identity Verification
Winners may be required to:
- Provide proof of identity
- Confirm personal details (in particular, the data necessary to fulfill tax obligations, including full name, residential address, and PESEL number)
- Verify eligibility
Failure to provide requested information within the specified time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.
10. Taxes and Responsibilities
The winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes, duties, or other statutory charges that may apply to the prize in accordance with the laws of their country of residence.
Tax Withholding:
The prize value is stated in USD and represents the gross value of the prize unless explicitly stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions.
Winners are responsible for compliance with their local tax laws.
The Organizer does not cover or reimburse any additional costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Organizer, acting as the tax remitter for the flat-rate personal income tax, is responsible for calculating, withholding, and remitting the applicable tax on the Prizes to the relevant Tax Office, in accordance with the applicable Polish legal regulations.
In the event that a tax obligation arises under Polish law, the Organizer shall award the Winner, in addition to the Main Prize, an additional cash prize in an amount equal to the value of the flat-rate personal income tax due.
The amount of the additional cash prize mentioned above shall not be paid directly to the Winner, but shall be withheld by the Organizer and used to cover the income tax due on the prize won in the Competition. The Winner hereby consents to such withholding.
In the case of Winners who are Polish tax residents, the income tax shall be collected in accordance with general principles (applying the additional prize mechanism).
In the case of Winners who are not Polish tax residents (individuals with limited tax liability):
- the tax shall not be withheld provided that the Winner submits a valid tax residence certificate (issued by the competent tax administration of their country of residence) to the Organizer before the Prize is awarded;
- if the tax residence certificate is not provided within the period specified by the Organizer, the Prize shall be taxed according to the rules applicable to Polish residents (applying the additional prize mechanism to cover the tax).
Prizes worth up to 2,000 PLN are exempt from tax according to Polish law. For these prizes, the Organizer will not collect any tax and will not award the additional cash prize. The tax rules and the additional prize for tax coverage described above apply only to prizes worth more than 2,000 PLN or those that do not qualify for a tax exemption under Polish law.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the Winner on the date set out by the Organizer.
Delivery times may vary depending on location.
Organizer is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Customs clearance issues
- Import restrictions
12. Claiming Prizes
Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification.
Failure to respond or provide required information results in forfeiture.
In such cases, Organizer may select an alternative winner.
13. Communication
Winners will be contacted via:

Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact information is correct.
14. GDPR / Personal Data Protection Clause
The Organizer acts as the data controller of participants’ personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
Personal data is collected and processed solely for the purposes of:
- administering the Contest,
- verifying eligibility,
- contacting participants,
- announcing and delivering prizes,
- handling potential complaints,
- settling public law liabilities.
The legal basis for processing personal data is:
- Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent of the data subject), and/or
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract – participation in the Contest) and/or
- Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation).
Personal data will be stored only for the period necessary to conduct and settle the Contest, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Participants have the right to:
- access their personal data,
- rectify inaccurate data,
- request deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”),
- restrict or object to processing,
- data portability (where applicable).
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for participation in the Contest.
Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except for service providers strictly necessary for Contest operation (e.g., IT hosting, email delivery), acting as data processors under GDPR-compliant agreements.
15. Publicity
By participating, entrants grant the Organizer the right to use:
- Username
- Score
- Competition results
for marketing and promotional purposes.
Organizer reserves the right to feature top players on social media, website, and marketing materials.
16. Technical Disclaimer
Organizer is not responsible for:
- Server downtime
- Software errors
- Gameplay interruptions
- Lost or unrecorded scores
17. Limitation of Liability
Organizer is not liable for:
- Any damages resulting from participation
- Use or misuse of prizes
- Technical failures
18. General Conditions
Organizer reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or cancel the competition
- Update these rules if necessary
19. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland.
20. Odds
Chances of winning depend on:
- Player performance
- Number of participants
The organizer reserves the right to withhold or revoke prizes if the underlying purchase is refunded, returned, or otherwise invalidated.
Purchase of a controller does not increase the chances of winning, except for enabling participation in the game and the ability to achieve a score.
21. Complaints
Complaints shall be considered within fourteen days of their delivery.
A written complaint should include the Participant’s first and last name, correspondence address, and a detailed description of the complaint, together with a justification specifying the appropriately reasoned grounds for the complaint.
Notification of the outcome of the complaint resolution will be provided in writing, sent by post, or in electronic form to the address provided by the Participant filing the complaint, within seven days from the date the complaint is considered.
Complaints will be considered within thirty days from the date the Competition results are announced on the Competition Page. Complaints received after the expiry of the aforementioned period will not be considered.
These Terms and Conditions are the sole document defining the rules of the Competition.
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on April 19, 2026.
