What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Our company tries its best to protect packages before shipment.

If you notice any external damage at the time of delivery, please inform the courier or ask to open the package with his assistance. This is important.

If the damage is not visible, but after opening the package it turns out that the product is damaged, make sure that you take pictures and contact us immediately.
